Swimming Pool
- NO ALCOHOL, FOOD, GLASSWARE OR RIGID PLASTIC IS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA
- Children under the age 13 must be supervised by an adult.
- Members must remove trash before leaving.
- The use of water soluble sunscreens is recommended.
- Persons using the Bay Beach must shower sand from their feet before entering swimming or wading pool.
- Cost of willful damage will be charged to the responsible members. Parents are accountable for their children or grandchildren.
- The pool may be closed by the pool manager for any reason deemed sufficient such as: temporary maintenance, health conditions, sanitary conditions, weather, or darkness.
- The pool manager and lifeguards are authorized to enforce all rules.
- No one is allowed in the pool area when lifeguard is not on duty.
- Persons using the deep end must demonstrate basic swimming skills at the lifeguard’s request.
- No inflated tubes, rafts, toys, etc. are allowed in the pool at any time. Non-swimmers must stay in the shallow end of the pool.
- Persons having a communicable disease, open blisters, cuts, sores, or inflamed eyes, nose, ears or mouth infections, excessive sunburn, or any type of skin disease will be excluded from the pool.
- Strollers and playpens are not permitted in the pool area.
- Infants and small children wearing diapers are not permitted in either pool unless wearing a swim diaper.
Rules posted outside of the pool must be followed.
Wading Pool
- Diapers must be swim diapers
- Soft plastic toys are allowed in wading pool only
- Use is limited to children under the supervision of an adult and when a lifeguard is on duty. Adult must remain within the wading pool area.
- All waders must wear bathing suits, including infants.
